This is a conscious approach to weight loss that helps you lose the extra weight and keep it off for good. It is different than any diets you have ever tried. In fact, it is not based on a diet at all. This conscious approach to weight loss deepens your connection to your physical sensations, emotions, and inner wisdom. It is gentle, sustainable, intuitive, and nonrestrictive. It uses neuroplasticity, mindset work, and emotional processing to help you become more attuned to the sensations and signals of your body, gradually and systemically change your eating habits and heal your relationship with food.

Recalibrating Overhunger

Intense, intolerable, frequent hunger is the main reason we overeat. In my coaching container, I help you recalibrate your hunger to an appropriate level. Within a few weeks, you will notice your hunger is adjusted to a normal level. You won't feel hungry all the time, and when you do feel hunger, it is just a normal sensation in your body that gets satisfied by an appropriate amount of food.

Self Compassion

Self compassion is the foundation of this coaching program. You will learn to quiet the voice of your inner critic, forgive yourself, accept yourself and love yourself as you are. This is the prerequisite to any sustainable weight loss. In this weight loss program you improve your relationship with yourself, build self trust, and create safety in your nervous system.

I help you regulate your food cravings through incremental small mindset shifts and somatic emotional processing. I will also teach you how to not escape your emotions or neutralize them with comfort food. You will no longer have to turn to food to cope with your difficult emotions.
