Recalibrating Overhunger
Intense, intolerable, frequent hunger is the main reason we overeat. In my coaching container, I help you recalibrate your hunger to an appropriate level. Within a few weeks, you will notice your hunger is adjusted to a normal level. You won't feel hungry all the time, and when you do feel hunger, it is just a normal sensation in your body that gets satisfied by an appropriate amount of food.

Self Compassion
Self compassion is the foundation of this coaching program. You will learn to quiet the voice of your inner critic, forgive yourself, accept yourself and love yourself as you are. This is the prerequisite to any sustainable weight loss. In this weight loss program you improve your relationship with yourself, build self trust, and create safety in your nervous system.
